Alan Gidekel, CEO of Telectrónica and Sebastián Berbech, CEO of Prüne signing the contract for the Smart Retail implementation.
The preparation of replacement orders for stores is carried out using RFID Portable Terminals that are used to read each product that must be dispatched and validate the correct preparation of each order.
In turn, each store has a portable RFID terminal to carry out all Smart Retail applications (reception, inventory audits, product location, display control, price consultation and inventory availability, among others).
At the same time, with the aim of improving the shopping experience of its clients, Prüne and Telectrónica are developing additional Smart Retail services, mainly linked to Prüne's omnichannel strategy and improving supply and store replacement.
From having RFID in all stores and products, Prüne has absolute visibility of its inventories. This allows you to manage your inventory in an integrated way, considering each store as a “satellite deposit” from which orders can be prepared to be withdrawn at the same store or delivered to the customer's home, using the inventory available at that location. This minimizes the logistics cost of transfers, increases the margin of profitability of ecommerce sales and improves delivery times to customers, achieving a higher level of service and satisfaction
“This implementation is the first of its kind in Latin America and reflects the importance that innovation in its business processes has for Prüne through the incorporation of cutting-edge technologies such as RFID.
We are proud to have been selected as your technology partner for the implementation of this project ”Lic. Alan Gidekel - CEO of Telectronica.
